# Shipping

The seller reserves the right of partial delivery and shall issue separate invoices and pay for the goods at maturity without considering subsequent delivery. The seller reserves the final right to explain the validity of the order and the buyer will be informed within 72 hours after the order is placed. Unless otherwise specified, the Products are sold fob and once the products leave the Seller's premises, the Buyer is liable for freight and loss or damage. To the extent practicable, the Seller shall determine the mode of shipment as instructed by the Buyer; And, in the absence of buyer's instructions, the Seller may make shipment by any reasonable means. The seller does not need to notify the buyer of shipment. Any form of order cancellation is not accepted once the goods are shipped. Delivery dates on quotation and order confirmation are approximate and not guaranteed. Seller will make every effort to maintain the shipment dates set forth in this Contract, but seller shall not be liable for any delay in delivery, performance or failure to manufacture or deliver due to causes beyond its reasonable control. For example: acts of God, acts of the buyer, acts of civil or military authorities, priorities, fires, strikes or other riots, floods, epidemics, wars, transport delays or shortages of motor vehicles or inability to obtain necessary Labour, materials, parts or manufacturing facilities. If such delay occurs, the date of delivery or performance shall be extended by a period equivalent to the time lost as a result of the delay.


# Returns

Returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization number provided by the seller. Returns that cannot be traced to the original lot number will not be accepted. If traceability has been lost, parts will not be accepted as valid returns. All returns must be in seller's or manufacturer's original packing, unless parts are not up to standard. Traceability must be maintained even in the case of nonconforming materials. The credit will be issued only after the seller has inspected and approved it. Any claim must be made within 15 days of receipt of the material.

If you want to return or replace the products which has something wrong, we will only accept the replacement or return if all of the following conditions are met: (1) any problem with the products we delivered, such as apparent defects of received products or a deficiency in quantity, etc.;(2) received products have been opened before you unwrap the parcel; (3) we are notified of the defects within 365 days of delivery of the products.

The procedures of return of products are as follows. Claims for defective products must include a test report showing the defect or a detailed description of the defect. All returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date with a copy of the invoice and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. Return freight must be prepaid. We don't accept cash on delivery returns. Returned goods must be in their original packaging and resold. Goods damaged by improper use will not be returned or refunded. Claims for defective goods are subject to inspection by the manufacturer. Goods determined to be defective will only be accepted for replacement or repair.

There are some tips you should pay attention to when you return the products.

(1) When applying for return of goods, please provide copies of the original purchase order.

(2) The product must be returned in original packaging and labels help us with investigation and processing.

(3) When the product is received and verified by the distribution Center, your account will be credited.

(4) If you receive goods with visible damage in external containers, please report the damage to the carrier upon receipt of the goods. Please contact KAIDA Electronics Sales office for detailed damage.

(5) Returned products must be in good condition and in original factory sealed packaging to ensure that there is no possibility of physical damage, electrostatic discharge damage (ESD) or moisture. KAIDA’s product labels must be in place so that we have a clear traceability to our original shipment.

(6) Customers shall be deemed to have accepted the products unless customers notify the seller in writing of any shortage, damage or defect within 365 days after delivery of the Products.

(7) Only products originally delivered by KAIDA will be returned to KAIDA.

(8) Some products may require direct return to the manufacturer.
